Hosted by Carmel Smith Yoga
A series of four gentle and immersive yoga workshops inspired by the elemental forces that shape the Outer Hebrides landscape and its wildlife.
Each session explores a single element - Water, Earth, Wind/Air, and Fire - through mindful movement, breath, and quiet sensory awareness. Participants will be guided to experience qualities such as fluidity, grounding, lightness, and energy, with references to local wildlife, including marine life, grazing animals and seabirds.
The sessions are accessible and inclusive, suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience. The emphasis is not on performance, but on awareness, connection, and a deeper embodied relationship with the natural environment.
This series is designed to offer a calm, reflective experience within the festival, complementing more active and educational events.
Cost: £12 - £14 pp (£10 Concession)
